How Do I Prepare For A Mold Cleanse?

Mold is a master of deception and we need to start taking out the bullies that are protecting it first. Again, be aware and prepared for things to get worse before they get better. The more you cleanse, the deeper you dive into root cause healing, the more the body will reveal. Many people begin to detox from mold only to discover Lyme beneath it all. However upsetting it is though, better to know so you can decide how best to proceed. 

Cleansing from mold is a process and the first step is having previously done a parasite/heavy metal cleanse recently. Naturally, ParaFy is ideal because it is both but this is important because mold hides under the guise of parasitic or heavy metal toxicity with similar symptoms. Just like a parasite cleanse (and especially if your home or workplace has mold) you will need more than one 30 day cleanse. 

We recommend cyclical cleansing because mold lodges itself deep and is literally growing inside our tissues and organs, it isn’t uncommon to dedicate 3-6 months of aggressive mold detoxing. We strongly recommend parasite cleansing with ParaFy to be done separately from mold detoxification as this would be too overwhelming for the body. Lifestyle and preparation will be your best approaches for having success with both processes.

If you have mold contamination where you live and are not able to move, an overhaul will be necessary to minimize exposure. While microscopic mold spores and mycotoxins contaminate almost everything, there are some things that may be salvageable if properly cleaned (see WHAT IF MY HOME HAS MOLD). You should have professionals assess the severity and recommend cleaning services. If you do not have experience with mold remediation, please do not attempt to do it yourself.

Basic Preparation For A Mold Cleanse: #

  • ParaFy Parasite Cleanse
  • Heavy Metal Cleanse/Detox (fungus loves mercury)
  • Begin increasing daily water intake upwards of 3-4 liters per day
  • Increasing fiber intake
  • Incorporate cardiovascular exercise
  • Start sweating via sauna, hot yoga, hot baths
  • Wean off dairy products, refined grains/sugars, alcohol
  • Incorporate a Glutathione supplement

Transitioning to a lifestyle that supports your body will help to eliminate the mold more efficiently once beginning the herbs. Creating healthy habits prior to the cleanse will help alleviate some of the performance stress that usually comes with cleansing. Your drainage pathways need to be open, pooping, peeing and perspiration.
