  • What If My Order Is Damaged Or Defective?

    1. Notification Period: Notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving the order.

    2. Any concerns with product quality/quantity should be reported while the seal is still intact.

    3. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at team@rogershood.com 

    4. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of damaged products and packaging.

    5. Return Authorization: Await our confirmation before shipping the damaged item back to us.

    6. Replacement or Refund: We will inspect the damaged item upon return and process a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

  • What If My Order Is Lost?

    1. Notification Period: Report lost orders within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

    2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at team@rogershood.com Provide your order number and relevant details.

    3. Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide updates on the status.

    4. Resolution: Depending on the investigation outcome, we will send a replacement order or issue a refund.

    5. Customers are responsible for any stolen packages.

  • What If I No Longer Want My Order?

    Return Period: Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a refund.

    Provide your order number and relevant details.

    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund, but a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you.

    Return Process: When returning items, include the original packaging. 

    Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

    Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving returned items.

    Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

    Please keep all original packaging materials for damaged orders.

    Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the return is received.
