Scrape downwards 10x, then above collarbone shake for 30 seconds, do not do it hard, use light & gentle pressure.

How Parasites Affect Lymphatics #

Parasites can wreak havoc on your lymphatic system. They’re in our blood and in our tissue. I do gua sha for drainage. I scrape 10 times down, 30 seconds across. Make sure you use oil to help it glide and doesn’t hurt your skin. I also do this behind my knee, I use wooden gypsies lalena oil for my gua sha I also dry brush for my lymphatic.
