I have been suffering with a distended belly for 3 months. I finally had enough and found out about the Parafy cleanse. I bought the whole package. My gut was so distended that it was painful when food was running through my gut that I was so afraid of Gutty giving me pain. This was not my experience. It was so gentle I had no pain. I’m on day three and my distended belly and pain is gone and I am shocked how well this worked in just three days. I’m ready to start the tinctures in four days and can’t wait for results. I also quit alcohol a week before I started and I recommend that as well.
I started the cleanse yesterday, and while I didn’t feel much at first, things changed by the end of the night. My stomach started to hurt intensely—it honestly felt like a war was going on in there! This cleanse is powerful, and I realized I hadn’t been drinking enough water, which led to a fiber overload. Lesson learned for Day 2: hydration is key! I also felt extremely tired on Day 1, which made it tough to get anything done. My advice? Make sure you’re eating super clean and drinking lots of water while doing this cleanse. I’m eager to see how Day 3 goes—I’m still waiting for my first bowel movement!
This was my first time using Gutty. Definitely drink this fast as it can get really think if you don’t. I didn’t take any pictures but coming from someone who is lucky to go once a week this worked wonders. Day 1 and 2 things moved along beautifully, day 3 there was nothing. I did have some die off symptoms (sore throat, nasal drainage) that started in the evening of day 2 but I was expecting that. I highly recommend Gutty! I will definitely do this again.
